Financial Statements and MD&A

In 2023, the Company changed the year end from 31 December to the 30 June. The reason for this change was the difficulty in finding auditors for the calendar year end. This required an external audit of the financial statements on the 30th June 2023.

As a result, the 3rd quarter of 2023 became the 1st quarter of the new financial year; the 4th quarter of 2023 became the 2nd quarter of the new financial year; and June 30 2024 was the date for the new financial year end statements, audited by Baker Tilly.
