  • Agriculture and livestock play a central role in the economy and culture of Lavras do Sul, the community where The LDS Project is located. Recently, CEO Michael Durose and members of the Lavras Gold team witnessed the birth of a lamb during a community event—a special reminder of the importance of farming and livestock to the region, where every new addition is celebrated. Through initiatives like Projeto Viver and Rota do Ouro, Lavras Gold partners with the community to recognize these industries, support education, and help preserve the traditions of the Pampa Biome. Our work at The LDS Project goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to the community of Lavras do Sul. • At The LDS Project, both Fazenda do Posto and Butiá display a very strong metasomatic—or chemical alteration—process. This process is significant because: * Early hydrothermal fluids intensely altered the granitic host rocks, creating open spaces. * Later gold-bearing fluids then filled these spaces, producing broad, continuous zones of mineralization. * These geological events have resulted in robust gold systems that support long intervals of mineralization from surface and at depth. The strength of this alteration underscores the scale of mineralizing processes at Fazenda do Posto and Butiá—two key areas advancing Lavras Gold’s district-scale vision at The LDS Project. • Teamwork is at the center of everything we do at Lavras Gold. During the recent site visit to the LDS Project, CEO Michael Durose joined our local team in Lavras do Sul for field discussions, community activities, and a fellowship lunch that brought everyone together. These moments are a reminder that the strength of The LDS Project lies not only in the geology, but in the people advancing it every day. Our Brazilian team is deeply rooted in the community, with many employees living in or near Lavras do Sul. Their expertise, knowledge of the land, and dedication to both exploration and community engagement are what make this project possible. From managing drilling and data to leading initiatives like Projeto Viver and Rota do Ouro, every team member plays a vital role in our district-scale vision. • The LDS Project is a large, intrusive-hosted gold system with alkaline affinity in southern Brazil. It is interpreted to represent the eroded remnants of a magmatic-hydrothermal system related to a Proterozoic alkaline granite intrusion. Gold mineralization is predominantly hosted in altered granitic rocks (granitoids). Early-stage hydrothermal alteration—characterized by alkali metasomatism and episyenitization—created permeability within the host rocks. This allowed later-stage gold-bearing fluids to deposit gold in broad, continuous mineralized zones. Episyenite is a distinctive rock type found at both the Butiá deposit and Fazenda do Posto discovery, and it is closely associated with significant gold mineralization. This style of mineralization can produce long intervals of disseminated gold, often from surface to depths exceeding 400 metres. With over 24 identified gold targets, multiple mineralization styles, and widespread alteration, the LDS Project demonstrates excellent potential for resource growth and development flexibility. • Last week in Lavras do Sul, our team came together for a special Projeto Viver event, joined by CEO Michael Durose, Brazil Country Manager PAULO SERPA, Social Projects Coordinator Fernanda Carvalho, and Database Manager Camila Esmeris. We spent the day presenting one of our latest initiatives—transforming old company uniforms into useful accessories for visitors, such as pencil cases and aprons. This creative reuse supports sustainability while connecting our visitors to the story of the LDS Project. The event also welcomed the president of the new family farming cooperative, who shared insights on potential business opportunities between Lavras Gold and local food producers. Discussions also explored sheep wool crafts, which serve as engaging educational tools to talk about the fauna of the Pampa Biome. Through Projeto Viver, we strengthen the ties between our work at The LDS Project and the community, fostering education, creativity, and new opportunities in Lavras do Sul. • Last week was a collaborative and productive one at Lavras Gold, as CEO Michael Durose joined our dedicated geology team at the LDS Project in Lavras do Sul, Brazil. Together, they spent time in the field reviewing ongoing drilling and exploration across this 23,000-hectare project—home to more than 24 known gold targets within a large intrusive-hosted gold system. This visit allowed for opportunities to align on strategy, share insights, and recognize the hard work of the entire team driving the project forward. The week also included opportunities to connect beyond the core shack and field: • A team fellowship lunch, bringing everyone together to share stories and camaraderie • A Project Viver event, engaging with local children and the community through creative and educational activities that highlight sustainability and the region’s heritage. At Lavras Gold, advancing exploration goes hand-in-hand with building strong connections—both within our team and in the community of Lavras do Sul. • Exploration Potential of the LDS Project is Exceptional Lavras Gold’s LDS Project covers 23,000 hectares in southern Brazil and contains more than 24 known gold targets within a large intrusive-hosted gold system. Since launching its systematic exploration program in 2022, the Lavras has made eight gold discoveries: Fazenda do Posto, Zeca Souza, Caneleira, Matilde, Matilde Extension, Vila Marieta, Galvão, and Olaria. Key features of the LDS Project include: • A long-lived intrusive complex with strong structural control • Multiple mineralization styles across the property • Broad, near-surface gold mineralization at Butiá and Fazenda do Posto • Ongoing regional exploration and drill targeting With numerous untested gold targets and a growing number of discoveries, Lavras Gold continues to demonstrate the district-scale potential of the LDS Project. • Over half way into 2025, Lavras Gold has made meaningful progress advancing The LDS Project in southern Brazil. The year began with strong capital markets support—raising $15M in a public financing—and has since been marked by consistent exploration results, discovery growth, and technical advancement. Key accomplishments to date include: • Two standout drill results at the Butiá Deposit, including 371m @ 1.0 g/t gold and 123m @ 1.8 g/t gold • A major drill result at Fazenda do Posto: 251m @ 1.2 g/t gold • Ongoing metallurgical testing underway to support future development decisions • Active drilling with dozens of holes completed or in progress • Ranking in the Top 10 of the 2025 TSX Venture 50 for a second consecutive year • Strong investor engagement through conferences, webinars, and marketing roadshows With over 24 gold targets and a growing pipeline of discoveries, Lavras Gold remains focused on defining a mine-scale opportunity at The LDS Project. • Where has Lavras Gold drilled to date at Fazenda do Posto and Butiá? Butiá Drilling has defined a broad, near-surface gold deposit with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate of 377,000 oz Au (M+I) and 115,000 oz Au (Inferred). Recent results, including 371.0m @ 1.0 g/t Au from surface in hole 25BT047, confirm strong vertical continuity and high-grade zones such as 1.0m @ 78.1 g/t Au. Fazenda do Posto Located just northeast of Butiá, drilling at Fazenda do Posto has confirmed gold mineralization over a 350-metre strike length and 200 metres down dip. These intercepts occur in the same geological unit as Butiá and remain open for expansion in all directions. These targets represent key mineralized zones on the western side of The LDS Project.
