Gold Hart first hole!
The market is a crazy place! Today HART | Gold Hart Copper Corporation released the first 610m drill hole with long 360m hits of gold, copper, and moly mineralization. This was a fantastic first hole imho, but more importantly it was a fantastic hole in the opinion of senior geologists Dr. Jose Frutos and Enrique Viteri who have personally discovered *multiple* large scale gold-copper-silver-moly porphyry deposits in the region. In fact, both confirmed this first hole at Tolita shows far better & longer continuous intercepts than the first NINE holes at Cerro Casale (now the largest gold-copper deposit controlled by the two largest gold miners). Reasons we are thrilled about this first hole: 1. Long intercepts of gold, copper & moly mineralization from shallow (137m) until end of hole (610m) - nearly continuous mineralization for almost 480m except for a 150m fault zone in the middle 2. Confirmation of porphyry-style mineralization. No more questions about whether or not Tolita is related to porphyry or simply another chargeable false-positive anomaly. We are clearly in porphyry in the Vicuña. 3. Hole ended in mineralization. Many large porphyries only BEGIN at depths of 600-1,000m. This hole finished in gold, copper, moly mineralization at bottom of hole at 610m! 4. Many competitors (BOTH majors and juniors with market caps closer to $100m) have spent $10-millions on several holes with nothing like this FIRST hole at Tolita! 5. Advancement of geological model. This fault, and such a reverse fault may explain why the surface grades of gold-copper-moly fall on the western side, why all prior drill holes focused on that western side, while at the same time the eastern side seems to have the highest chargeable anomaly AND the highest conductive anomaly 6. Opportunity to hone in and target eastern side with shallower charge and conductive anomaly (which was initially our planned first hole) in September. Several majors hit best holes in the overlap of charge & conductivity, which exists in abundance on the eastern side. Whereas this first hole did reach moderately high charge (~25-30mv/v).... (i) it did not reach the highest charge of 41mv/v which lies on the eastern side of the property AND (ii) the area that it did reach moderately high charge did not overlap with conductivity. Bottom Line: We believe Tolita is *FAR* more valuable today than it was yesterday. Yet in spite of ALL that, and in spite of gold, copper, and miners all ripping higher today, Gold Hart is trading 33.33% lower! It seems anything but a Filo-041 wouldn't have been good enough for certain shorter term investors. My hope is that as a result, we are left with a shareholder base that believes in the long-term potential, that this is just the beginning of a much larger drill campaign (for which we are fully funded!)... And that of course those investors taking advantage of this fire sale are also richly rewarded for that.
