Ashwath Mehra
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Mehra is an economist by training and received his BSc (Econ) in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics. He is the CEO of the ASTOR Group, a private investment and advisory business, working in the fields of Mining, Tech, Biotech and Real Estate. He spent many years in the commodity trading and mining business, owning buying and selling companies over 30 years and has substantial experience in the industry. He is a director of several companies, both public and private in both executive and non-executive roles. He also devotes significant time to non-profit activities in the fields of education and healthcare.
Mark Haywood
President & CEO, Director
Mr. Haywood has over 25 years of mining industry experience and holds degrees in both Mining Engineering and Law. Mr. Haywood has held progressive career positions with Anglo Gold Ashanti, Goldfields, IAMGold, Ivanhoe, BHP and Placer Pacific at various open-pit and underground mining operations around the world, including leadership positions of Chief Mining Engineer, Mine Manager, and General Manager. He has also been a consultant mining engineer on the successful feasibility of the large Century Zinc Mine (Zn/Pb/Ag) in Australia. Mr. Haywood has held President & CEO and directorship positions with a number of public (TSX and TSX.V) and private Canadian corporations since 2008.
Mark Billings
Director
Mr. Billings is currently President of Auxico Resources Canada Inc. (CSE: AUAG), which has a gold-silver property in Mexico and a joint venture for tantalum, niobium and rare earth elements in Colombia. He has worked directly in the mining industry since 2008 and presently serves on the boards of other junior mining companies, including St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE: SX), Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: FNC) and Kintavar Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KTR). Mark holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Harvard Business School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). From 2004 to 2006, he was Vice-President of Corporate Finance at Desjardins Securities Inc., where he led a number of public and private financings and took companies public on the Canadian stock exchanges.
Rajesh Sharma

Mr. Sharma is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Fancamp Exploration Ltd. and has over 25 years of leadership experience in mining, exploration, metals and international trade. He has executive experience in advancing exploration and mining projects including investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and running global businesses. Past roles include Executive in Residence at Investissement Quebec, CEO and Board Member of TSMC, Board member of SFPPN, PPP for Port at SFPPN, CEO and Board Member of Black Ginger 461 Pty Ltd, investment arm of Tata for mineral projects in Africa, Board member of exploration company Tata Steel Cote D’Ivoire. Rajesh has management and engineering degrees. He completed a scholarship program on Globalization and Leadership from London School of Economics. He was granted the ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Eugene Chen
Director
Mr. Chen is a corporate and securities lawyer with over 25 years experience applying his expertise across broad sectors including mineral exploration. He currently leads the Capital Markets, Securities and M&A Group at McLeod Law LLP in Calgary providing strategic counsel on initial public offerings, private placements, take-over bids, stock exchange listings and regulatory compliance. He has been counsel and advised on numerous financing and M&A transactions in the mining sector involving properties throughout North America, South America and Africa and is currently a director of Fathom Nickel Inc. (CSE: FNI), a critical mineral focused mining exploration company with properties located in Saskatchewan.
