DURANGO, CO - June 15, 2023 Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMCF) (the "Company," "we" or "RMCF"), an international franchiser and manufacturer of gourmet chocolates and other confectionary products, today announced that Crown Creative will serve as its branding agency and primary partner in refreshing its identity.

The collaboration between RMCF and Crown Creative, an award-winning international agency with offices in New York and Belfast, will focus on refreshing the Company's visual identity including, but not limited to, its logo, packaging, in-store signage, and digital assets.

“Our goal is to ensure all customers enjoy a unique experience every time, and everywhere, they interact with our brand, whether in-store or making an online purchase,” said Andrew Ford, Vice President - Sales and Marketing. “We are constantly looking for ways to enhance our customer experiences and elevate our brand. Crown Creative brings with it unparalleled capability and demonstrated success in the hospitality industry.”

The Company aims to update its brand identity in ways that stay true to its history and values, while also appealing to a younger, more diverse and discerning audience, as well as to prospective franchisees.

Kelsea Ferrato, Director of Marketing, noted that a key element of the Company’s business plan is to create an easy-to-use omnichannel customer experience. “Crown’s digital space experience with international brands such as Waldorf Astoria and Marriott International, in addition to its extensive experience with smaller, more nimble brands such as William Greenberg Desserts, were an important factor in our decision,” she added.
