Registered Shareholders
You are a Canadian registered shareholder if you hold your Velocity Minerals shares in the form of a physical share certificate, or if your shares are represented by a DRS (direct registration notice advice statement).

Registered Shareholders are entitled to vote at the Meeting, either in person or by Proxy. If you are a Registered Shareholder and you do not intend to vote at the Meeting, you have several alternative voting choices:
