On October 1, 2023, Enerflex announced that Chief Financial Officer Rodney D. Gray was resigning. This was the second CFO resignation in 2023, and came only three months after CFO Gray assumed the position.

Following on this news, Enerflex’s share price fell by more than 27%, to close at $4.15 on October 2, 2023.
