I recently had the honor of delivering a keynote presentation at McRock Capital 2025 Industrial Software Symposium in Montreal. My heartfelt thanks go out to Scott MacDonald Whitney Rockley Ha Nguyen and the entire McRock team for inviting me to speak at their event, which brought together some of the brightest minds in the industrial software industry.   This keynote served as a welcome opportunity to reflect both on the significant progress we've made to date and the many opportunities that lie ahead. It’s an exciting time to be part of the industry, as convergence continues to transform the way we think about tools, data, workflows, and industries. The lines that once separated teams and technologies are blurring, creating new pathways and possibilities that didn’t exist even 10 years ago. And it’s the companies that embrace these convergent ways of working that will continue to drive our industry forward for decades to come.  Thank you, again, to the McRock team, for including me in their event.
