Each day, you reminded me of the extraordinary sacrifices and unwavering spirit that define a leader. Your courage under fire, your unwavering dedication to our mission, and your boundless camaraderie have not only fortified our lines but have also etched lasting impressions in my heart. To every past and present veteran who has chosen to don the uniform and protect this amazing nation, your sacrifices and valor do not go unnoticed.
