My tech was Mike Cox and I have to commend Mike for the great job that he did installing all the software on the computer and then walking me through the various ways that this new windows 11 was different from Windows 10 Mike is a good teacher and he spends time to make sure that you understand what it is you want to do and how to do it, efficient instructions and you’re on your way to enjoying your new computer . The individual who delivered the printer was kind, courteous of our space, and efficient. We were up and running immediately! Perfect installation and perfect customer service. My Firm has been using Document Solutions for around 6 years. We started with copiers and had nothing but a great experience with installation, repair, and issues and training. They were easy to reach for service, etc. When COVID happened they generously asked what they could do to support my staff and what our needs were as everyone ventured home. We used them to install our VoIP phones during this time and it was ESSENTIAL to our ability to operate our business remotely. Ross was our rep and he continues to this day to be available whenever we have issues, which is almost never. I can’t say enough about how this company CARES about helping your business to be the best version of itself and operate well. They offer lots of things, yes they may call you, but honestly at the end of the day, they care which is rare to find in this world.
