LEADERSHIP ANNOUCEMENT We are excited to share that, effective July 1st, 2025, Kate Fordney has been appointed Chief of Staff at Citizens Inc., continuing to report to our CEO Jon Stenberg. Kate has been instrumental in shaping our strategic direction as Head of Strategy and Planning, where her leadership has driven execution and alignment across the enterprise. Now, in her expanded role, she will bring that same energy and excellence to an even broader strategic capacity within the executive team.
