Fiona Fitzmaurice is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) chartered certified accountant. Ms. Fitzmaurice has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial control for both private and publicly listed companies including companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange. Based in Toronto, Ontario, she has significant experience as CFO for public companies and has been involved in numerous private placements, prospectus filings, flow-through financings and corporate audits. Neil’s joining as Chief Operating Officer (COO), further augments the business with a unique combination of exemplary global business development & sales track-record, with a strong history of product development, manufacturing and solid team leadership. Often referred to as ‘the glue’ within various situations, Neil’s intuition & foresight can often be used to counteract challenges or problems, allowing goals to be achieved within appropriate/agreed Timescales.
From Neil’s early days as a Mechanical Design Engineer, his career path has never been too far away from the developments in Display & Projection technologies, moving into the sales of early Virtual Reality & Visualisation technology solutions. The following years focused on various implementations of Display technologies, with sales & partner management being the main core skills throughout. Having worked directly for BOE (one of the world’s largest display manufacturers), significantly helped accelerate the natural progression and confidence to connect with all predominant display & associated technology providers, which helped support the evolution to his more recent focus on 3D without glasses technology. His vision & experience continues to help enhance the global deployment of such solutions within various sectors including Automotive, Gaming, Digital Avatar & Consumer applications (TV/PC).
Dr. Rolf-Dieter Naske
CTO
Dr. Naske is a German computer scientist, who studied mathematics and computer science. His favorite area of interest is digital image processing, which he is doing since 1978. He filed his Ph.D. thesis in the area of Artificial Intelligence about hand writer recognition in the year 1984. His inventions led to more than 20 patents in the area of 2D to 3D conversion and auto-stereoscopic display technology.
In 1998 he developed the first head-mounted display-based computer systems for gaming.Since 1999 he is working in the field of 3D television. For more than ten years Dr. Rolf-Dieter Naske is creating the next generation holographic displays for psHolix.

Steven Saltzman is the co-founder of The MEWS Monaco's Metaverse entertainment world Summit and Awards Show and is a trustee of The Listen Charity. Steven has more than 30 years of experience in the media, radio and exhibition industries. He has worked with Lagardère, Morris Communications, Finelco, Virgin Group, Radio Ventures, Mega Radio Germany and Tribute among others. He has structured the purchase and sale of radio stations across Europe and developed the first European Radio Program Syndication of Rock Over London, he produced and distributed radio concerts for the Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Madonna, U2, Dire Straits, Elton John, Guitar Legends as well as charity concerts such as Mandela 1 & 2, Knebworth 90 and the Freddy Mercury Memorial Concert. For the last 14 years Steven is the Principal and Shareholder of Top Marques Monaco which is an Exhibition company. Steven was brought up in the world of the film industry, with his father – Harry Saltzman – being the producer of nine James Bond films in the sixties and seventies and the discoverer of Michael Caine. Steven's immersion in the industry was followed by his 10-year presiding over Rock Over London and subsequent consultancy roles with leading radio companies around Europe and the world.
