  • Vila Marieta: A High-Grade Extension in a Growing Gold System At Lavras Gold’s LDS Project in southern Brazil, the Vila Marieta discovery is a possible extension of the nearby Cerrito deposit—and a compelling piece of the larger puzzle unfolding across the district. Located immediately south of Cerrito, Vila Marieta returned 28.0 metres at 1.3 g/t gold from surface in drill hole 23VM001—85% higher than the average grade at Cerrito. Why it matters: - High-grade, near-surface potential: Could enhance economics of the Cerrito deposit with early-stage higher-grade feed. - Strong exploration upside: Open to the south and southeast, supported by gold-in-soil anomalies. - Strategic fit: Adds grade and scale in the eastern corridor, complementing other discoveries like Butiá, Fazenda do Posto, and Olaria. Together, these zones underscore the scale, variability, and evolving opportunity at the LDS Project—with each new target advancing our understanding of this complex intrusive-hosted gold system. • Understanding the Geology Behind the LDS Project At Lavras Gold’s LDS Project, we’re exploring a unique and complex gold system shaped by ancient volcanic and magmatic processes. Here’s what makes the geology so unique: -The LDS Project is hosted within the remnants of an old magma chamber—an intrusive, alkaline system with epithermal and magmatic characteristics. -Gold is primarily found in altered granites (granitoids), where early hydrothermal fluids created open spaces in the rock through intense chemical alteration. Later gold-bearing fluids filled these voids, leading to broad, continuous mineralized zones. -These processes formed distinctive rock types like episyenite, visible in both the Butiá deposit and Fazenda do Posto discovery. -This style of mineralization supports long intervals of disseminated gold—from surface to depths beyond 400 metres. -With over 24 known gold targets and multiple styles of mineralization, LDS offers both geological variability and future mining flexibility. Drill results at the LDS Project continue to demonstrate the potential for long, continuous intervals of gold mineralization. As we build out the geological database and apply modern exploration techniques, the LDS Project continues to emerge as a significant intrusive-hosted gold system in Brazil. • Metallurgical studies are a key step in evaluating the potential of a gold deposit. Lavras Gold is advancing this work at the LDS Project to better understand gold recovery and support future development decisions. Currently, metallurgical test work is underway at the Butiá deposit, with Fazenda do Posto to follow. These tests are evaluating gold recovery potential across low-, medium-, and high-grade domains—essential data that will help inform future processing strategies and support project economics. Early bottle roll tests at Butiá returned recoveries between 85–90% at standard grind sizes—strong early indicators of a robust gold system. Metallurgy is a key component in advancing towards an economically feasible gold mine, and Lavras Gold is taking the necessary steps to build that foundation. • Did you know these five facts about Lavras Gold? 1. Depth and Variety at the LDS Project The LDS Project is a large intrusive gold system with more than 24 mineralized targets and multiple deposit types. Over 90,000 metres of drilling by Lavras and predecessor companies have outlined zones with both high grades and wide mineralized intervals—offering scale, grade, and optionality.. 2. Prime Location in Southern Brazil Located in rolling grazing land just 4.5 hours by paved road from Porto Alegre, the LDS Project has access to tarmac roads, power, and water. Most of the Lavras Gold team lives in or near the town of Lavras do Sul, supporting efficient operations and strong community ties. 3. Fazenda do Posto Discovery First drilled in 2023, Fazenda do Posto is a blind, pipe-like structure just 150 metres west of the Butiá deposit. Highlights include 340 m @ 1.1 g/t Au and 204 m @ 1.0 g/t Au. Drilling has confirmed mineralization over 400 metres deep and 200 metres wide—and it remains open in all directions. 4. Olaria: A New Discovery with Promising Grades Announced in December 2024, Olaria returned 56.0 m @ 1.0 g/t Au from 152.0 m depth, including 4.0 m @ 4.5 g/t Au. Located just 3 km north of Butiá, Olaria adds further potential to the growing pipeline of targets across the LDS Project. 5. • If you haven’t looked at Lavras Gold’s latest drill results yet, now’s the time. The drilling confirms consistent gold mineralization and advances structural understanding. The results were from 12 holes (4,007 metres) at the Fazenda do Posto Gold Target at the LDS Project in Southern Brazil. Notably, hole 24BT043 returned 251.0 metres grading 1.2 g/t gold, including 100.0 metres @ 2.2 g/t and 10.0 metres @ 4.6 g/t. Gold mineralization was intersected in 11 of the 12 holes. Recent drill results have extended the mineralized footprint around Butia and Fazenda do Posto by more than 150 metres to the northwest. Geological interpretation suggests a steep, pipe-like structure beginning near surface and now traced to depths of at least 400 metres. These results have contributed to a stronger understanding of the controls on mineralization, with NE/SW structural trends now considered a key influence across the western corridor of the project. Metallurgical testing is nearing completion at Butiá and has commenced at Fazenda do Posto. Drilling continues in both zones, as well as further north at the Olaria discovery.
