  • Did you know these five facts about Lavras Gold? 1. Depth and Variety at the LDS Project The LDS Project is a large intrusive gold system with more than 24 mineralized targets and multiple deposit types. Over 90,000 metres of drilling by Lavras and predecessor companies have outlined zones with both high grades and wide mineralized intervals—offering scale, grade, and optionality.. 2. Prime Location in Southern Brazil Located in rolling grazing land just 4.5 hours by paved road from Porto Alegre, the LDS Project has access to tarmac roads, power, and water. Most of the Lavras Gold team lives in or near the town of Lavras do Sul, supporting efficient operations and strong community ties. 3. Fazenda do Posto Discovery First drilled in 2023, Fazenda do Posto is a blind, pipe-like structure just 150 metres west of the Butiá deposit. Highlights include 340 m @ 1.1 g/t Au and 204 m @ 1.0 g/t Au. Drilling has confirmed mineralization over 400 metres deep and 200 metres wide—and it remains open in all directions. 4. Olaria: A New Discovery with Promising Grades Announced in December 2024, Olaria returned 56.0 m @ 1.0 g/t Au from 152.0 m depth, including 4.0 m @ 4.5 g/t Au. Located just 3 km north of Butiá, Olaria adds further potential to the growing pipeline of targets across the LDS Project. 5. Financial Strength and Market Support Lavras Gold closed at $2.14 on April 22, 2025. The company is well-supported by institutional investors, insiders, and strategic shareholders, including Kinross, Rob McEwen and other high profile mining investors. A C$15 million financing completed in February 2025 at $2.20 further strengthens our position for ongoing exploration. • The Evolution & History of Lavras do Sul and the LDS Project For nearly 250 years, Lavras do Sul—“Washings of the south”—has been significant to Brazil’s mining history. What began in 1776 with the discovery of gold by Portuguese pioneers evolved through waves of prospecting, from the gold rushes of the 1880s to modern exploration today. Notable milestones include: - Daniel Laut’s pioneering gold mill in 1870 - Resurgent activity in the 1980s by Companhia Brasileira do Cobre - 2000s exploration by Rio Tinto and IAMGOLD - Amarillo Gold’s 2006 focus on Butiá, Cerrito, and Caneleira - Lavras Gold’s acquisition of these assets in 2022, sparking a new chapter of discovery Today, Lavras Gold is building on this legacy with active drilling and multiple new discoveries, including: - Butiá: 236m @ 1.4 g/t Au from surface - Fazenda do Posto: 340m @ 1.1 g/t Au - Olaria: 56m @ 1.0 g/t Au - Zeca Souza: 4.0m @ 43.6 g/t Au - Matilde Extension: 10m @ 13.2 g/t Au + copper + silver The LDS Project’s scale and variability, combined with strong infrastructure and community ties, marks a new era of discovery and growth for the historic mining district of Lavras do Sul. • If you haven’t looked at Lavras Gold’s latest drill results yet, now’s the time. The drilling confirms consistent gold mineralization and advances structural understanding. The results were from 12 holes (4,007 metres) at the Fazenda do Posto Gold Target at the LDS Project in Southern Brazil. Notably, hole 24BT043 returned 251.0 metres grading 1.2 g/t gold, including 100.0 metres @ 2.2 g/t and 10.0 metres @ 4.6 g/t. Gold mineralization was intersected in 11 of the 12 holes. Recent drill results have extended the mineralized footprint around Butia and Fazenda do Posto by more than 150 metres to the northwest. Geological interpretation suggests a steep, pipe-like structure beginning near surface and now traced to depths of at least 400 metres. These results have contributed to a stronger understanding of the controls on mineralization, with NE/SW structural trends now considered a key influence across the western corridor of the project. Metallurgical testing is nearing completion at Butiá and has commenced at Fazenda do Posto. Drilling continues in both zones, as well as further north at the Olaria discovery. • What’s Happening on the Ground at The LDS Project? Lavras Gold ($LGC.V) continues to advance work at its LDS Project in southern Brazil, with multiple initiatives in progress across key targets. Current field activities include: - Ongoing Drilling at Priority Zones: Drilling remains active at both the Fazenda do Posto and Butiá targets. Additional work is also underway at the Caneleira concession, where the Olaria discovery was announced in December 2024. - Metallurgical Testing Underway: Detailed metallurgical studies at the Butiá Deposit are nearing completion. A new metallurgical program has commenced at Fazenda do Posto, designed to assess gold recovery characteristics specific to that zone. - Updated Geological Interpretation: Recent drilling has supported the interpretation of a near-vertical, pipe-like mineralized structure at Fazenda do Posto, starting close to surface and traced to a depth of at least 400 metres. NE/SW structural trends have been identified as important controls on mineralization in this area. All fieldwork aligns with Lavras Gold’s focus on systematically evaluating mineralization across a regionally significant gold system to ultimately define an economic gold deposit at the LDS Project. • Brazil’s Mining Sector is Heating Up A new study by KPMG confirms what many in the industry have been feeling: momentum in Brazil’s mining sector is building. Mergers and acquisitions surged by over 40% in 2024—the highest number of deals in the last two decades. The driver? A global rush for critical minerals and a renewed interest for Brazilian mineral assets, especially among international investors. While much of the M&A activity has focused on lithium, rare earths, and other energy-transition metals, the overarching trend is clear: Brazil is on the radar of global capital, and that has positive implications for all mining explorers operating in the country. As an exploration company focused on gold, Lavras Gold is advancing a large-scale district with 24+ gold targets in southern Brazil. Our flagship LDS Project is actively drilling and road-accessible, with strong local support and growing investor interest. • Grade Meets Scale: Why Both Matter at the LDS Project At Lavras Gold’s LDS Project in southern Brazil, the variability of mineralization types is a key strength—and a major opportunity. Over 90,000 metres of drilling to date, +20,000 metres drilled by Lavras Gold & 70,000 metres drilled by predecessor companies, have confirmed a district-scale gold system with multiple mineralizing styles and events, including: - Bulk-tonnage metasomatic gold at Butiá and Fazenda do Posto - Cataclastic gold linked to northeast-trending structures at Caneleira and Olaria - Stockwork-style gold in fractured granitoids at Zeca Souza and Galvão With 24+ gold targets, this variety supports mining flexibility: High-grade zones offer high value, while lower-grade zones contribute to scale and size. Highlights include: - 236m @ 1.4 g/t Au from surface at Butiá - 340m @ 1.1 g/t Au incl. 160m @ 1.8 g/t Au at Fazenda do Posto - 4m @ 43.6 g/t Au and 15.0 m of 5.8 g/t Au at Zeca Souza Exploration is ongoing across multiple targets including Olaria and Caneleira. • Projeto Viver has resumed its activities—and we’re excited to share that the events are already fully booked through the end of the year. The first visit of 2025 welcomed students from a local school who participated in hands-on activities at the nursery, learning about native vegetation and supporting reforestation efforts. These visits are part of a broader community engagement and environmental education program led by Lavras Gold in partnership with local organizations. We’re also pleased to welcome biology student Edinara Lopes to the team as a project intern. Her involvement adds important academic and technical insight to the initiative. Based in Lavras do Sul, Projeto Viver continues to support environmental education and the cultivation of native species through hands-on community engagement.
