OASIS Insights brings audit performance to life by providing context and benchmarking to help suppliers and supply chain partners understand audit outcomes and how to improve. This distinctive report is generated after newly published Initial, Recertification, or Surveillance audits, offering insights into comparative anonymized audit performance. Furthermore, these reports provide tools based on the IAQG’s AIMM and SCMH frameworks to assist suppliers in enhancing their compliance. Rather than simply indicating pass or fail, OASIS Insights contextualizes how similar organizations perform and aids suppliers in their improvement efforts. Each report is tailored to the specific audit and includes a benchmarked score.

OASIS Insights FAQ

OASIS Insights is a reporting tool where anonymized comparisons of audit results are benchmarked to help organizations drive improvement.

For the first time, certified organizations will be able to put context around a delivered audit report. This will include the following benefits:

  • have insight into how the audit of a certified organization has performed compared to other anonymized, similar-sized organizations,
  • have automatic linkage to other IAQG resources to help when responding to corrective action requests,
  • have the ability to quantify year-over-year performance trends,
  • have the data and tools to evaluate quality system-related risks better, and
  • have access to data-driven audit preparation or stand-alone improvement.

Ultimately, these new capabilities allow certified organizations to enhance customer confidence and improve organizational performance in unprecedented ways.

OASIS Insights will launch 1 April 2025. Several iterations will follow the initial version throughout the year to refine and enhance the tool.  Organizations that have already published audits in 2025 will see Insights reports available within the OASIS database during the first week of April.  All other certified organizations will receive access to Insights when their next audit report is published by their Certification Body.

There will not be a specific charge for OASIS Insights. OASIS Insights is included with other digital innovations under a Digital Innovation Fee invoiced to Certification Bodies, but it is expected to be passed through to each Certified Organization in a fashion similar to OASIS Certification fees. The manner and timing of invoicing to the Certified Organization will be managed by each individual CB.

No, organizations do not need to opt in. OASIS Insights will be provided to them automatically following a published audit.

OASIS Insights will transform how organizations showcase the value of audits and identify areas for improvement. It connects audit results to resources for best practices, assisting organizations in driving continuous improvement.

OASIS Insights reports will be generated alongside published audit reports and will be initially accessible through the organization’s files area in OASIS, separate from the audit record. The goal of OASIS Insights reporting is to eventually integrate into Level 2 data for broader access. This phased rollout allows suppliers to become familiar with Insights reporting and ratings before further changes are implemented.

The OASIS Insights report will include descriptions of various information sources along with links to OASIS knowledge base articles for detailed understanding. Updates and information will also be accessible on the IAQG website.

Future versions of OASIS Insights will feature enhancements such as risk ratings and additional metrics for performance evaluations. The tool will continue to expand with each new release.
