XEBRA Brands CEO, Jay Garnett will be one of the featured speakers at Benzinga's Cannabis Capital Conference at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, FL, from April 11-12 discussing the recently announced opportunity in Mexico after being granted the only legal authorizations to commercialize, manufacture and sell cannabis products under 1% THC in Mexico.
