Spotlight on Main Tut: A Cornerstone of Onyx Gold’s Yukon Assets Dive into the potential of the Main Tut target, a key prospect at the King Tut property, Yukon. Situated 9 km east of the Golden Mask target and directly adjacent to the newly acquired Weas property. Main Tut is characterized by its promising gold concentrations within a prospective intrusion-related gold system. Key Features: -Dynamic Geology: Main Tut is defined by a 3.4 km gold-in-soil anomaly, featuring 50-100 m wide aplite dykes around a large quartz monzonite/granite stock. -Rich Mineralization: Most samples show over 50 ppb Au, highlighting the target’s robust potential. 2023 Drilling Insights: Our initial exploration efforts at Main Tut included drilling two holes, totaling 640 meters, which intersected widespread gold mineralization. This preliminary data suggests the presence of a bulk-tonnage intrusion-related gold target, as evidenced by results such as 0.13 g/t Au over 187.0 m, including 0.36 g/t Au over 21.0 m from hole KT23-001. As we gear up for our 2024 field program, we remain committed to exploring and expanding our knowledge of Main Tut’s geology and resource potential. News Release! Onyx Gold is thrilled to announce a strategic acquisition that strengthens our position in the Yukon. We've entered into an option agreement with Senoa Gold Corp. to acquire 100% of the WEAS Property, which lies contiguous to our King Tut Property. This acquisition is of immense strategic importance, providing Onyx full control over two mineralized intrusions in the Tombstone Gold Belt. Key Highlights: -Strategic Location: The 627-hectare WEAS Property is situated within the King Tut Property, offering control over both the WEAS and Golden Mask intrusions. -Historical Gold Potential: Previous exploration has identified multigenerational gold-bearing quartz veins with historical drilling showing 1.0 g/t gold over 21 meters and surface samples up to 20.1 g/t gold. -Future Exploration Plans: We are preparing a field program to map, prospect, and sample to identify potential drill targets within the gold-bearing quartz veins. -Agreement Structure: Onyx will acquire 100% of the WEAS Property over a series of share distributions to Senoa Gold Corp. Ian is a seasoned mining executive and professional engineer, bringing over 35 years of extensive experience in mineral exploration and project development across the globe. Ian’s illustrious career includes significant roles at projects such as the Alaska Palmer zinc/copper project (Constantine Metal Resources), the Castle Mountain gold project in California (NewCastle Gold), the Karma gold mine in Burkina Faso (True Gold Mining), and the Long Canyon gold mine in Nevada (Fronteer Gold). His leadership was pivotal at the Eskay Creek Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn mine in British Columbia (Homestake Mining/Barrick Gold) from 1997-2003, enhancing his profound understanding of systems similar to HighGold’s flagship Johnson Tract deposit. For his substantial contributions, Ian was honored with the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines E.A.
