Abdullahi Omar was excellent. He was here within the hour of my phone call to Nerds on Site. He was quick to resolve the problem. After the storm on Tuesday afternoon our internet and Voice over internet phone as well. He found out the the issue was that our VOIP had also got damage by the storm and connected up the owners computer so that he was able to be online. Randall was great and very good about explaining things

Luis is excellent. He is patient with my questions and his explanations. I learned more about the use of my devices. Luis was also very polite and friendly., and responded promptly. Two thumbs up.

I don't know how I could have navigated the situation I had without the help I got from my Nerd Randall. He is top notch in every way!

My nerd came to rescue me for the 3rd or 4th time. His approach is couched in respectfu empathy AND humour. But no fooling around! Once he determines the problem, ;he dives right in. I'd have Randall nearby whenever i use my laptop!

Yes totally satisfied with Robert who is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain.

My granddaughter Chrome Laptop wasn't working due to my son spilling water on it and I phoned Robert and gave him to spec I needed for an Apple 14 inch Mac Book Pro with M4 with all of the attachments for the course that she needed while attending college. My son and I decided it was best to buy the Apple MacBook now instead of buying another Chrome Laptop to finish off the school year. Summer and myself was very pleased how Robert spend the time to go over and explain the different hardware and gave her an explanation of each. Robert was very professional and took time to explain how the MacBook Pro work, as she only had a Chrome Laptop. I have to say that Summer caught on very quickly.

Bern went went far above and beyond what we expected in helping my elderly father sort out his computer problems. Multiple visits and even a trip to the bank. He was patient and thorough rebuilding his old laptop as a new setup would have only confused my dad. He was in contact with me every step of the way as I�m in Australia and had no way of sorting the issues from here. We were very lucky to find the right man for the job. Thanks Bern!

I wouldn�t hesitate in recommending Bern for his technical and, more importantly, his people skills. Dealing with the elderly with memory issues is difficult at best, but Bern is able to get things done.
