I know Randall from other visits he has made to fix my computer. I feel comfortable with him and he doesn't mind me watching what he does. He answers all of my questions as they occur to me and we make decisions together. There were no surprises let me say and he was helpful when it came time to decide. He helped me with suggesting the parameters I need to use in replacing my ancient computer.

Bern was quick to arrive at our home and take care of our enetertainment system. He had everything sorted out in no time at all. He then helped us to negotiate with Shaw and Telus a better deal for our satellite, internet and mobility services. My husband and I are older and not technical. Bern took the time to listen to us and was so pleasent and cheerful. He explained everything in terms we could understand.We were happy to pay the bill but we felt he was worth far more than what he charged us. He was able to bring to a close my frustrations with HP and Microsoft by enabling my computer to accept HP Smart app in about 1% of the time I had spent on line and on telephone with Customer Service HP. Likewise with the missing 5G network with Worldline he was able to restore the service. Grateful for his nerdastic service.
