1. Worksport uses up to 4x thicker formed aluminum panels instead of an outdated foam core composite design. We made this decision because a composite design would fail and allow water to be absorbed into the foam core, making each panel ultra heavy, very quickly.
2. Some other brands use a full-length drainage rail to mount the cover to the truck bed. This rail intrudes on the cargo space and can be very cumbersome. Worksport hard covers sit on your truck's bed rail providing more reliable support for the tonneau cover.
3. Worksport hard covers use durable EPDM rubber and closed cell foam seals around the perimeter of all our hard covers to block water from getting through instead of redirecting it once it does.
