The trends are clear; sophisticated fraud attempts are becoming more challenging to detect with manual ID verification, while greater visibility into bank verification processes would help optimize user flows and reduce drop-offs. You've asked for stronger fraud protection and more actionable insights throughout the verification journey, and we've delivered. At Inverite, we're committed to helping our clients stay resilient, secure, and one step ahead. That's why we're excited to announce two major enhancements to our ID and bank verification tools: 🔍 1. Enhanced Liveness Check in ID Verify Our new biometric-based liveness detection ensures a real human is present during every verification, preventing spoofing and boosting accuracy. Key updates include: ✔️ Fraud Check Status (Approved/Denied) ✔️ Liveness Confidence Score ✔️ One-step UX + audit-friendly compliance support 💳 2. Real-Time Bank Verification Event Notifications We’ve updated our integration methods for lifecycle event data to help you identify why a verification failed and respond proactively. Now you have more options so you can: ✔️ Customize flows based on specific errors ✔️ Improve messaging and reduce drop-offs ✔️ Re-engage users with targeted follow-ups These updates are all about giving you more control, more visibility, and more fraud resilience, without sacrificing the user experience. Gary Schwartz (Canadian Lenders Association), Op-Ed, Financial Post, May 30, 2025: “If the prime minister wants to navigate an unconventional economy, he should embrace an unconventional tool. It is time for Canada’s leadership to finally lean into financial technology companies, or fintechs, to do what they do best: bolster Canada’s economy and drive innovation. But to do that, government must advance policies that allow fintechs to reach their full potential. That starts with accelerating open banking. With the right policy infrastructure, including clear standards, secure data-sharing frameworks and access to real-time payments, fintechs can help modernize financial services and offer Canadians more choice and flexibility in how they manage their money. Done well, this would empower both consumers and businesses and, in turn, achieve broad economic momentum. Fintechs already play a critical role in Canada’s financial system. They allow services to be delivered faster and with more flexibility than governments or traditional banks can achieve on their own.” https://lnkd.in/gNGMBi7V
