Highest Silver Grades in the World

7.5 million ounces at 8,582 g/t silver, drilling toward 30-100 million ounce potential. Operating the district's only permitted processor. Federal innovation funding advancing Re-2Ox technology for complex concentrates globally stranded by penalty elements.

THE COMPOUND ADVANTAGE

Discovery Plus Processing

Nord combines high-grade silver exploration at Castle East, where drilling targets 30-100 million ounces, with the district's only operating processing facility. Our 20,000 sq ft TTL plant processes high-grade material into silver doré while advancing Re-2Ox technology for complex concentrates. Our approach prioritizes securing mineralized material before scaling capacity, a disciplined strategy in a sector often challenged by processing facilities lacking adequate feed

Castle Complex

7.5M oz resource expanding through 60,000m drilling. Underground access to broken ore plus high-grade tailings.

TTL Processing Hub

Operating 24 tonne/day gravity plant. Bullion furnace capacity: 1M+ oz silver annually. Former Ontario government facility.

Re-2Ox Technology

MICA-funded pilot addressing arsenic-led penalty elements. SGS advancing toward commercial deployment.

World-Class Drill Results

Multiple bonanza-grade intersections including 89,853 g/t, 70,380 g/t, and 50,583 g/t silver confirm potential for district-scale discovery at Castle East.

Corporate Presentation

Building Value Through Grade and Infrastructure

At 8,582 g/t silver, Castle East ranks among the world's highest-grade silver deposits. These grades, approximately 27 times the industry average, fundamentally alter project economics—requiring less tonnage and processing for equivalent metal production. The integration with TTL creates a reflexive opportunity where processing revenues fund continued exploration, while exploration success enhances processing opportunities.

TTL: From Government Lab to Production Hub

Acquired in 2020, our Temiskaming Testing Labs served the district for decades, pouring millions of ounces for Agnico and Teck. Now upgraded with 20 tonne/hour crushing, 24 tonne/day gravity circuits, and 6,000 assay/month analytical capacity, TTL processes both our material and third-party feeds while advancing the Re-2Ox pilot.

Re-2Ox: The Inevitable Solution

Arsenic is a key penalty element limiting global processing, followed by antimony, bismuth, and others. Our hydrometallurgical process addresses this, with SGS validation showing >99% stabilization. As smelter capacity shrinks, field-deployable Re-2Ox units offer mine-site solutions.

Complete penalty removalArsenic-led suite including Sb, Bi, Cd, Pb. Containerized units deploy where concentrates are produced.
Proven performance22.6% battery-grade cobalt sulfate from Castle concentrates. 99% Co recovery, 81% Ni recovery.
