I got to replace a couple of things in my Audi s4 2018 and with my extended guarantee with IWS came out to $1300 out of $9000 the dealer was charging. I still went to another repair shop around and I still wasn’t getting any better deal. I think IWS is pretty good.

Purchased a new 2025 GMC Sierra. Purchasing the warranty, and GAP, from my Credit Union. When I informed the Dealer, he stated it wouldn’t be the same warranty. It’s EXACTLY THE SAME….ONLY LESS EXPENSIVE!!! The agent from IWS was great. Remember to shop around. Interest rates are still high and inflation is insane.

Excellent coverage and customer service with IWS. Had my vehicle recently serviced and I received a prompt support from IWS. Retailer also commented on their quick response after they submitted their documentation for the work needed.

Passenger window regulator and motor went out on my outback. Took it to the dealership. No deductible, all fixed and not a penny out of pocket. Thank you to IWS and the Subaru dealership here in Gainesville. Great experience.

My son was in another state and car was having issues of not starting. he called a tow truck had it towed , all at this time I’m looking for IWS number. By this time he has made it to Ridgeland Service Center, great people here also, got ahold of IWS and lucky for my son they were ASC Certified. Receptionist was familiar with IWS and handled everything while they replaced the starter and had my son up and going 4 hours later. Last we heard receptionist was going to get tow reimbursed. For the piece of mind it brings money well spent.
