Updates

  • Where has Lavras Gold drilled to date at Fazenda do Posto and Butiá? Butiá Drilling has defined a broad, near-surface gold deposit with an updated Mineral Resource Estimate of 377,000 oz Au (M+I) and 115,000 oz Au (Inferred). Recent results, including 371.0m @ 1.0 g/t Au from surface in hole 25BT047, confirm strong vertical continuity and high-grade zones such as 1.0m @ 78.1 g/t Au. Fazenda do Posto Located just northeast of Butiá, drilling at Fazenda do Posto has confirmed gold mineralization over a 350-metre strike length and 200 metres down dip. These intercepts occur in the same geological unit as Butiá and remain open for expansion in all directions. These targets represent key mineralized zones on the western side of The LDS Project. • What is Metallurgical Testing—and What Does it Mean for the LDS Project? Metallurgical testing analyzes how much gold can be recovered from mineralized rock and the best method to extract it. Samples are crushed, ground, and processed using techniques like gravity separation, flotation, or cyanide leaching to determine recovery rates. At the LDS Project, Lavras Gold is conducting metallurgical tests across multiple targets. This work helps identify how different deposits behave in processing and whether a consistent flowsheet can be applied across the district. These tests are key to advancing future development studies and understanding the economic potential of deposits like Butiá and Fazenda do Posto. • Lavras Gold is advancing a focused strategy: a single-project company with 100% control over the LDS Project in Southern Brazil. The LDS Project spans 23,000 hectares in southern Brazil and hosts multiple deposits and more than 24 known gold targets within a large intrusive-hosted gold system. By concentrating efforts on one highly prospective asset, Lavras Gold is able to deploy capital and expertise efficiently—driving consistent progress and discovery. This focused approach enables clear decision-making, long-term planning, and sustained technical advancement as the Company works to define meaningful gold resources within a broader mineralized district. • Lavras Gold’s field program at The LDS Project is moving full steam ahead. Two drill rigs are currently operating at Butiá and Fazenda do Posto, targeting resource growth and higher confidence categories. Recent drilling at Butiá continues to return thick zones of gold mineralization with higher-grade intervals at depth, supporting ongoing expansion and infill efforts. A metallurgical program is underway for both Butiá and Fazenda do Posto, with multiple composite samples already at SGS Labs. These programs will support engineering evaluations and development options for the future. Looking forward, drilling is focused on defining an economically feasible gold resource centered on the Butiá and Fazenda do Posto corridor, while advancing additional targets like Casa Velha and Olaria. The system continues to demonstrate scale, continuity, and untapped potential across a 23,000-hectare land position. • Butiá Highlight: As the most advanced gold deposit at Lavras Gold’s LDS Project in southern Brazil, Butiá plays a central role in Lavras’s strategy to define a development-stage gold resource. Located on the western portion of the property, Butiá hosts a Measured and Indicated resource of 377,000 ounces of gold, plus an additional 115,000 ounces in the Inferred category. The deposit has been defined over a 1.1 km strike length and to vertical depths exceeding 400 metres. Gold mineralization is hosted in both perthitic granite and episyenite, with multiple styles of alteration and structural controls, including disseminated pyrite and strong phengite-chlorite overprinting. More than 53,000 metres of drilling have now been completed at Butiá and the adjacent Fazenda do Posto target. Recent drill results—such as 371.0 metres grading 1.0 g/t gold in hole 25BT047—are increasing confidence in the resource model and expanding the mineralized footprint. A metallurgical test program is also underway to support future development studies. With scale, grade, and infrastructure in place, Butiá is well positioned to anchor the next phase of growth at the LDS Project. • The LDS Project is centered on a multiphase intrusive complex with alkaline affinity, surrounded by coeval volcanic rocks and older country rock. This geologic setting has produced a long-lived, intrusive-hosted gold-copper system that exhibits multiple styles of gold mineralization across the 22,833-hectare land package. Current exploration has confirmed: * Metasomatic gold mineralization at Butiá and Fazenda do Posto * Cataclastic gold associated with northeast-trending structures at Olaria * Stockwork-style vein-hosted gold in fractured granitoids at Zeca Souza and Galvão Modern exploration techniques—regional geophysics, soil sampling, detailed mapping, and over 35,000 metres of drilling—are being applied systematically for the first time in this historic gold district. With 24+ known gold targets and a growing understanding of the underlying mineral system, the LDS Project continues to demonstrate district-scale potential rooted in complex geology. #Geology #GoldExploration #Brazil #LDSProject #AlkalineGoldSystem #TSXV $LGC.V $LGCFF
