🌱✨ Young talent as a driver of transformation ✨🌱 At Sierra Metals Inc. we are proud to share the participation of our VP of Talent and Culture, Alberto Calle, at the “Shaping the Future with Innovation and Talent” conference by Australia Peru Chamber of Commerce - APCCI (Oficial), where he spoke about the critical role of young talent in transforming the mining industry. "We believe the future of mining isn’t built by technology alone—but by people", said Alberto. "We look for young professionals who combine technical skills with adaptability, a sustainability mindset, and the drive to make a real impact. To thrive, they need mentorship, stimulating projects, and a clear sense of purpose." 💡 As he shared with the audience, Alberto highlighted some of the challenges our industry faces, including the disconnect between young professionals and mining, and how we can bridge that gap through innovation, sustainability, and meaningful opportunities. If you're a young professional, we invite you to look at mining with fresh eyes. And if you’re already part of the industry, remember: innovation starts with people. #United for #sustainablemining, let’s lead with innovation—together. #SierraMetals #SustainableMining #YoungTalent #Innovation #PurposeDriven #FutureOfMining #MiningWithPeople
