Elixxer Ltd. Announces Appointment of New Auditor

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - April 17, 2023) - Elixxer Ltd. (TSXV: ELXR) ("Elixxer" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Kreston GTA LLP ("Kreston") has been retained by the Company to be its auditor. Kreston takes over from Baker Tilly WM LLP ("Baker"), who resigned as the Company's auditor on their own initiative, as announced on October 28, 2022. The resignation of Baker and the appointment of Kreston have been reviewed by the Company's audit committee and the board of directors as a whole. Baker previously confirmed that there are no reportable events, "disagreements" or "unresolved issues" (as those terms are defined in National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations) in connection with the change of auditor.
